Buy Kisspeptin-10
Buy Kisspeptin -10, a synthetic decapeptide (Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH₂) corresponding to the C-terminal active fragment of the KISS1 gene product. Studied for activation of the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor and its role in gonadotropin-releasing hormone signaling in reproductive-endocrinology research. 10mg lyophilized powder, 99%+ purity verified by Janoshik Analytical via HPLC and mass spectrometry.

Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is the shortest fully active fragment of kisspeptin, a neuropeptide encoded by the KISS1 gene and cleaved from the 54-amino-acid precursor metastin. Acting on the G-protein-coupled receptor KISS1R (formerly GPR54), kisspeptin is a primary upstream regulator of GnRH neurons and is therefore a central tool in research on the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. Its compact decapeptide structure retains the full receptor-binding activity of the longer parent peptides.
