KPV Peptide Canada
KPV Peptide Canada, a synthetic tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) derived from the C-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Studied for anti-inflammatory signaling, NF-κB pathway modulation, and intestinal barrier function research. 10mg lyophilized powder, 99%+ purity verified by Janoshik Analytical via HPLC and mass spectrometry.

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the C-terminal tripeptide fragment (residues 11-13) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), one of the most studied endogenous anti-inflammatory peptides. Unlike full-length α-MSH, KPV retains anti-inflammatory signaling activity without melanocortin receptor-mediated pigmentation effects. Research has shown that KPV enters cells via the PepT1 di/tripeptide transporter and directly modulates intracellular NF-κB and MAP kinase signaling pathways. It has been studied extensively in gastrointestinal inflammation models including DSS and TNBS colitis. Durham Peptides also carries BPC-157, another peptide studied in gastrointestinal research contexts.
